Top Seattle Live Casinos https://seattlenma.org/top-seattle-live-casinos/ Sat, 07 Apr 2018 13:03:26 +0000 https://seattlenma.org/?p=39 [Read more...]]]> Seattle offers a number of excellent land-based and online casinos that cater to a wide range of gaming choices. These differ greatly from other casinos in a number of ways that will be outlined below.First up is the land-based Casino Caribbean. This casino mixes a great vibe with a decent game selection. Found just outside Seattle on the Indian Reservation, the dealers are reported to be friendly and knowledgeable, operating in an efficient manner. There is also a great Asian restaurant on the premises, and drinks are regularly available, though some complain that the dealers have no compunction in refusing to serve drunken players. There are a number of other excellent casinos in the area, including Red Dragon Poker, Goldie’s Shoreline Casino and the Great American Casino.Doubledown Casino, on the other hand, is an online casino catering to a wide range of gaming options. It can be played from a wide variety of states and offers access via both mobile app and desktop. Whilst it does have a plethora of gaming options, it sadly does not have live dealer games available. At this juncture, it should be noted that there is a clear difference between the three types of casino: traditional, live, and online. Traditional casinos offer a wide range of options to the player, whilst the live casino is an online version attempting to recreate this vibe for players at home. Games are streamed live from a real casino or studio so that players can interact with the dealers and the other players in the same way they would in the traditional setting. Online casinos, on the other hand, simply offer a range of electronic or virtual games to their players without the more immersive experience.Whatever your preferences, though, Seattle does offer a decent casino selection, none of them too far of a drive from the city centre.

Ban on Smoking? Never Fear! Swedish Snus Is Here https://seattlenma.org/ban-on-smoking-never-fear-swedish-snus-is-here/ Thu, 22 Feb 2018 12:50:12 +0000 https://seattlenma.org/?p=35 [Read more...]]]> Have you ever seen a movie about medieval Europe where nobles are having fun at the royal court and then they take a pinch of French snuff? Of course you have. Well, snuff is a dry, powdered tobacco which is sniffed through the nose. It was especially popular with women, since it was considered to be more socially acceptable than smoking tobacco. A different form of snuff – Swedish snus – might save you from having to adhere to smoking bans at any parties or restaurants in Seattle.Swedish snus was invented in the 1800s in Sweden (obviously) and was a moist version of smokeless tobacco. You ingest it by placing it under your upper lip, and it is usually flavoured with a smoky aroma of citrus, juniper berry or bergamot. Smoking bans are on the increase in bars, clubs and restaurants, but you don’t have to give up tobacco. You can use Swedish snus as an alternative to cigarettes. There is actually a wide debate in medicine over whether snus poses less of a risk to consumers than cigarettes, with many arguing that snus is ‘healthier’ than smoking cigarettes. If you’re interested in this, check out this informative article from the New York Times.Swedish snus is sold as a loose powder, or as the increasingly popular portioned snus, where it comes pre-packaged into pouches. If you can’t find anywhere to buy snus in Seattle, why not buy quality Swedish snus online from SnusDirect? This company delivers fresh products quickly and cheaply to your door. They also offer a variety of snus brands, in a large range of portion strengths and sizes.
